Nutrition Hacks

FERMENTATION
Seeds, nuts, and grains have "anti-nutrients" that inhibit creatures that eat them from being able to digest them so they are unharmed when the leave the body and can grow. The way to get make all of the nutrition in a seed or nut is to ferment it, and it's super easy:
Ingredients
1 cup of your seed, nut, grain.
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons of fermenting agent (yogurt/buttermilk and the like or for you non-dairy folks use vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Later, 1 more cup of water.
Let sit 7-12 hours, covered on your countertop. Then cook with another cup of water until the consistency you enjoy. Fermented food feels so much more comfortable to digest and improves your intestinal health. Enjoy!

Other benefits: Your dollar will go further by giving you more nutrients per dollar spent. You'll likely thin out because you'll crave less calories to get the nutrients you need.
